My way to make me happy: I just smile. Don´t misunderstand me. That´s more clever than you might think at the moment. You know, I´m not a person who smiles very often. I´m more of the deep thinker type of philosphy student. So whenever I´m down, I keep smiling for a few minutes. My brain can´t make the difference between "fake" and "real smiling" and all the little endorphines start flowing. It´s a scientific fact and it works (but don´t use this trick to often. Your brain will get behind it)
