do i have to have a baby to get an Au Pair? i need help around here AND i've never even heard of this 'instant gratification' you speak of... plus i build stuff ;-) happy mothers day Dashaina
@dirtTdude Typically an Au Pair helps Mom...so I don't think you would need a baby, but probably children that belong to you :) Yea, instant gratification aka modern appliances, so if you don't have any, then you understand why I needed help.
She looks like a great person, and i hope she adjusts to the non instant gratificational way of life, i think she will find it rewarding in the long run, and VERY educational, and your baby is the cutest girl on the planet, so that helps too!. best of luck! and conrats!
She is here to help me. She is not taking care of Aurora, but when I need to go do the laundry and Jaimie is building things and Aurora only takes a nap for 30 minutes, she helps entertain Aurora while I am doing that. I know it may seem hard for people who live in the easy world of modern day appliances and instant gratification. But sometimes having someone to help chop the veggies and help me with bringing up the water and occasionally playing with Aurora is such a life saver.
ok so im confused, didnt jaime take off for awhile to raise the baby, why need an Au pair when you have you and jaime....by the way she looks like a nice lady :)
@DrGreenfun I'm confused as to what you are asking here...take off from what? She is very nice. She helps carry wood and water up to the house. She helps me so that J can get his stuff done.
