My training routine constantly changes but the basics is a heavy day and a speed/volume day for both squat/deadlifts and overhead/bench press. So four gym workouts and then an event training session usually on the weekends. I'm actually just coming back from a hamstring injury so I haven't been doing events for a few weeks. I'll send something more in depth as the comments section won't be enough.
you're about 3 years younger and brian shaw is proving that longer levers give more potential. i believe brian is just starting to really figure out what works best for him espescial in overhead and deadlift. you've got some similarities to him and i wish you the best of luck. maybe you can ask him about were to get some size 17 oly shoes.
Great work Craig! Pressing pr;s looked nice, almost had the 1000plus tire, good work on moving that monster farmers,Db looked real good, toy indeed,405lb stone !!!!for 3 reps my hero, 4th is not too shabby! I see great things coming out of you! :) good to be tall ;)

Thanks Tony. The axle and farmer's killed my standing (last place for both) but they were big PR's for me.

Don't worry dude once you work on them you will be unstoppable!
