  • I was wondering what your training routine is like?

  • @DMxNemesis

My training routine constantly changes but the basics is a heavy day and a speed/volume day for both squat/deadlifts and overhead/bench press. So four gym workouts and then an event training session usually on the weekends. I'm actually just coming back from a hamstring injury so I haven't been doing events for a few weeks. I'll send something more in depth as the comments section won't be enough.

  • definately strong as hell for your size

  • @DMxNemesis

Thanks, that was one of my last shows as a lightweight.

  • GREAT JOB , and great vid too !

  • you could be the next brian shaw

  • That would be awesome.

  • you're about 3 years younger and brian shaw is proving that longer levers give more potential. i believe brian is just starting to really figure out what works best for him espescial in overhead and deadlift. you've got some similarities to him and i wish you the best of luck. maybe you can ask him about were to get some size 17 oly shoes.
