global brigades has expanded to nine programs (architecture, business, law, environment, microfinance, medical, dental, public health, and water) in three countries, (Honduras, Panama, and now Ghana). I went on the medical brigades two summers in a row to Honduras. These people are amazing and so welcoming, and they need our help. Everyone should go on one of these bridges. It will change your outlook on everything.
