the other night i was at the top of a hill in PV california and my friend and i were looking at the stars and we both glanced at orion's belt and saw a blue light appear and disapear to the left of the start furthest to the left from earth's view. it showed for one second, got big and then ddisapeared. we have no idea what it was

Not completely. I think planet X may really be out there but I am not convinced it is a threat simply because our Government and the entertainment industry are trying to make me believe it is. I have found historically things have almost always been diametrically opposite of what they try to make us believe.
