As a none liverpool fan I think that you don't need a striker more a defensive midfielder or a decent centre half. As a none liverpool fan I think that you don't need a striker more a defensive midfielder or a decent centre half. You are fine for strikers andy carrol isn't a bad player he just doesn't suit the liverpool game, you can play him through the middle if you look at his goals at newcastle the majority came from passes through the centre, it suits suarez for wingers.

i think what he means actually, liverpool need creative midfielder tp support our striker, because our midfielder right know just full fill the position only..there is no once can score,such downing, henderson, and adam, but adam still a good player, he try the best to create the game play, unfortunately the reset of our player not creative enough try to join him in the middle..so i hope liverpool will buy player like modric, mata, nani, silva jack wilhere..

@TheMrLFCGoals We do need a defensive midfielder too smart ass, and that too urgently Spearing won't get in the Wolves side. Lucas out for the rest of the season and we have no holding player in the midfield. Adam has no positional sense whatsoever. Need a Lucas/Mascherano typye player in the middle to protect the defense and allow the other mids to attack freely.
And we do need a striker too.

@MrNaughtyRohan we do need a defensive mid with lucas out and another cb just for back up but i guarantee you we need another striker. With luis suarez out and liverpool having the worst chance to goal coversion rate in the prem plus carroll not firing of course we definetly need a clinical striker.But we can still play carroll because with games he will get better

And I agree about Carroll not being a bad player, but I think he is in a crisis of some sort, but as soon as he starts scoring goals in succession he will get back :)
