I don't see how that proves your point. Those are not forms of communism, they're simply economical systems aiming to communism but being still inmensely far.

There was the paris commune which got much closer to communism than USSR and it was crushed by the French burgeoise. It existed, it got closer to communism than USSR, therefore USSR isn't the closest the world has got to communism.

USSR had a Socialist State Capitalism, a system pretty far from communism.

I think the difference here is that you are looking at a small, local scale whilst I am looking at a national/global scale.
