wow i love the improvement. i have spring between my canine and central incisor to move the lateral forward too. my lateral is way behind my central so they're gonna extract a premolar on my next visit.

WOW i watched your 6-month video and i can't believe how much your teeth moved forward. i wouldn't worry about the alignment though...it isn't noticeable. i can't even see my bottom teeth when i smile :( i have to have surgery to bring the bottom jaw forward 10mm. aligned or not, i'll be happy to be able to see my two jaws together for the first time in my life

No smoke, the lighting is bad and braces have been tough on my teeth. I brush 3 times a day and my dentist has given me fluoride to use so they are much better now. It is different for everyone you see. Good luck with ur braces, how much longer?

At least your alignment is not as bad as mine i have TMJ and i didnt even know untill i went to the orthodontics and they told me everything i was amazed at how bad my mouth.

Yeah thats cool. I need a bite plate so my bite can open up a little bit because there is a tooth on the top that needs to move up to the front a little more and the bottom teeth are not letting that happen so the bite plate will help open up my bite more and allow that top tooth to move foward. Yes my bottom braces are gold plated..they're pretty cool..lolz.

Your welcome. I have the ceramic on top and gold on bottom and i have a powerchain on top and on bottom. I go back on the 17th of this month to get a bite plate for my bottom teeth. I have had my braces on for almost 10 months. (02/20/2007)
