European look? Define "European Look". 'Sharper edges and a strong line that runs the length of the car'? That can apply to a lot of car maker whether it's American, Japanese, European, Korean, etc. and not necessarily Euro.

Stop trying to label cars' design with region/country of origin of a manufacturer but instead describe its design/looks/demeanor if it's aggressive, smooth, menacing, etc.

Man Roadfly... I can't trust your reviews anymore. Functionality is important yes... but people are willing to pay more for great design and that car is simply ugly. Obviously you are promoting car sales rather than sticking to unbiased review. Mazda dealers were charging over 20 grand for one of those about a year ago (not including tax) but have they lowerd the price now that it does not sell?

I think that the mazda 3 is overpriced. Yes you can get into one for $14,000-$15000 brand new, but those models have NO steering wheel controls and are stripped down. If you want one wth some features (a/c steering controls, auto windows door locks) you gou gotta pay big $20,000...you can given get up to $30,000 in this car which is ridiculous for a mazda 3. Not a fan...

@davewhodavedunn umm i don't know about anywhere else, but in california, it is impossible to get a mazda 3 up to $30000 without after market parts. A full loaded top of the line Mazda 3s grand touring is 25g-26g at most msrp.

@thefastdasher I am in CANADA so they cost most. Even at $26,000 I would buy something else like the new sonata which is bigger, faster, nicer inside and out. Or I would get a camry, or even goto the used market and pick up a used Acura TL. TSX....for that kind of money the last thing on my list would be a smiling slow mazda 3

I'm glad they tested the model that was loaded to over 20grand. One other reviewer loaded this with options to 25 grand and made the car seem like a poor value, which at that price it is.
