@GrantC1999 yes its part of the game you at certain levels play with arbiter and with others you play with chief but most of chief's level is against the covenant but the arbiter's levels are mostly like 1 or 2 levels fighting heretics and others are floods

@conkerdude891 There are female elites. You just dont see them in the games. But one did appear. The wife of one of the Arbiters was killed.
