Lost season 5 is starting in Feb 2009. It appears that the island moved backwards in time when the hatch was not imploded and the yellow plane was still hanging on the cliff. This is on the new Lost season 5 promo. It shows Juliet wiping off the dirt on the hatch revealing the glass.

Well Season 4 ends in about 9 days. Then it usually takes a while to go out on DVD, but it should be out before Season 5 which I assume will start in September. So maybe July or August?

And as for Aaron, do you really think they would have ended the show with a cliffhanger about Kate having a child named Aaron to then have her say 'I just like the name'. I think either Claire had to stay on the island or died and to cover this up and prevent anybody going to the island Kate has to pretend Aaron is her own child.

Aaron is one of the 6. If you watch the trailer at the end of "Meet Kevin Johnson" they show who the 6 are and Aaron is included. Also, on their weekly podcast, the writers/creators confirm that the six shown on that preview are the Oceanic 6. They also confirmed in an interview published in TV guide that the child Kate is raising is indeed Claire's Aaron, so we do know for sure that Kate didn't just "like the name."

Jin is not necessarily dead. The tombstone says that he died the date of the crash, however we all know that's not true, so possibly he is still on the island and to prevent anybody from going to the island the 'oceanic 6' must pretend he died in the crash. I think probably the same happened with Claire which is why Kate is bringing up Aaron.
