  • Smoking is obviously unfavorable for you. You inhale more than thousands of toxic chemicals into your body, and it's addictive, draining you of one's money and wellness with every puff you take. Some individuals even die as soon as they take in their very first puff! That may be why quitting smoking is often a must...It is hard, but I have found a good way to quit smoking. Youtube wont permit me post the method here, so I put the link of the site on my profile. Enjoy, and stay healthy!

  • A great number people find out it is really really hard to kick the habit smoking. Finally quitting will end up being challenging, yet itýs not unachievable. Quite a few people today similar to you have give up smoking cigarettes. You will as well. Counseling, and additional supports could help you give up for more info Visit: w w w [dot] bit [dot] ly/cur92P

  • Should read benifits just one of the side effects lack of concentration> LOL

  • thaks to you guys in th usa, I am on week 6 of the uk version Champix, I am 51 and smoked from the age of 16, and am now 4 weeks since I last smoked, the side effects I found mild compared to the benifiys of quitting smoking

  • I smoke pot it tastes better.

  • And it's easier on your teeth...your gums, the upholstery and the paint on the walls.

  • smoke some oxy

  • jajaja this guys have th efects of smoke for years

  • Your funny, you should have your own tv show, all the best.

  • Welcome and thank you...and we totally agree that we should have our own show. Who do we call? It's a pleasure having you with us, we hope you enjoy the other webisodes.

    Best,

    Meg & Brent

  • I dont know, your nice people and they will love you in england, thanks for sharing your videos, i really enjoyed watching, you really cheered me up, i'm going to watch your other videos now, all the best and good health to you.

  • Oh no guys, you were not supposed to try to "quit" until you had taken the Chantix for more than a week. Going smoke free on the first day you started the medication is the same as going cold turkey! It takes at least a week for the Chantix to get into your system enough to be helpful.

I am guessing you did not find the Chantix very helpful, but please try again - this time waiting a week. It makes quitting almost easy!

  • We did take the Chantix for one week while still smoking. We went from 32 smokes per day to 6 smokes on the last day we smoked. Stay tuned for more.

  • Yeah! Ok I misunderstood the first part of the video. Best of luck! I quit on 1/13/08 with Chantix and the only battle has been mild nausea. No overwhelming cravings ...yet ; ) You guys are so much fun to watch, I hope you update soon.

  • Hey Meg & Brent, if you don't have the rest of the videos in this series ready, can you at least tell us (in the comments here) how it went? Did the program work for you. Glad you ruled out heroin and oxycontin.

  • Thank you imqdat and snakemom78. We thank you for your kind comments and we will be posting a new adventure sometime over this weekend. Best to you all...

  • When I saw this video was a week old with no more I was a bit worried. I was just written Zyban from my Doc. Here's hoping it works and best of luck to both of you in your quest.

  • You two are quite funny! I think you should do a talk show like Live with Regis and Kathy Lee or something! Meg, you seem real poised and attractive. Brent, I like your somewhat sarcastic, dry sense of humor. I tried to find more of your videos, but I don't see any more. I hope you were able to really quit smoking, but I know for most people it is so hard.

  • Thank you so much for your kind words. We've only had this webisode (#1)up for a couple of days, but we're editing some new ones. Please stay tuned....

    Best,

    Meg & Brent

  • Thanks Meg & Brent, I've started about 3 weeks ago 12/14 and it's working out. I'm doing the 4-pack method and I'll explain it in your comments box because YTube doesn't give you enough space here :(

  • Well, not to mention that a pack of cigs went up a $1.00 a pack today. Good luck on your journey! Paul

  • Thank you Paul, we feel like you're with us. It's interesting that they keep raising the price of cigs to use the money for some meaningful political crappolla, and yet as more of us quit...where's that money gonna come from?

    Best,

    Meg & Brent
