I'm no expert, but i'm pretty sure that you are supposed to charge the helicopter before the first flight. If you don't, you could damage the battery and the charge might not last as long in the future. Like I said, I'm no expert.

Why is this tech. not being applied to more of the 4 channel heli's. I think for the price we pay for the micro heli 4 channels that the manufactors should be producing some of these parts for them, or at least an aftermarket company should emerge and start making these parts...........broken heli's suxxxxxxx....sounds like a million dollar company to me...

These helis suck no swashplate.

@mcgmark - All these helis' with horizontal tail rotors have no swashplates, are usually 3 channel and definately cannot roll left/right. They're suited for novices, but for those with a more indepth understanding, they won't be given a second glance.
