THIS song helped you through hard times? What the fuck, are you kidding. it's FUNERAL doom. Case and point : For me there is no hope. I wasn't aware being Cut up ,Depressed and Alone was a song to motivate someone to live. Geez guess we'll have to redefine nihilism.

I just can't get past the vocals in this band. I don't think I've ever heard a vocalist so unintelligible that I can't understand him/her even when I'm trying to follow along with the lyrics.

It's unfortunate because I've heard good things about them, but I receive no pleasure at all in listening to them. :(

Genre-wise this should be labelled TORTURE DOOM

as a more violent sub-genre of FUNERAL DOOM.

(Some parallels can also be drawn to the black metal subgenre of SUICIDAL BLACK,

as a more depressive outing of regular BLACK METAL.)
