Stout Shako is a common hat craft/unbox and is seen in trade servers frequently; the owner of the Stout Shako wants 2 refined when it isn't worth that much. The Pan is a community gift for whoever bought Left For Dead 2 in a given amount of time. The Hat is from a promotion contest from Steam, and the Glasses are from a game on steam called Poker Night At the Inventory.
