Teto is actually 15 1/2 but is often jokingly represented as 31. She was first realeased as a "new" vocaloid on april fools day w/this age which is actually her chimera age. For those of you who don't know, a chimera is a mythical creature composed of several different animals( think "jack-a-lope"). The term itself represents sillyness, or an impossibilty, which Teto as a "fake/fan-made" vocaloid represents.
