Perfect story to prove why these computers are worth it:
I recently hooked up a wireless printer into my network. My sisters Hp laptop was uncooperative when it came to installing the printer, but after some serious fussing and two installs of the drivers it finally worked. Then I dreaded installing it onto my 21.5” iMac. I went to the computer and it had already picked up the printer’s existence. Then all I had to do was tell it to connect and that was it...They just work, it’s true.
@sahab999 They don’t sell them anymore...they come in 21.5” and 27”now. And they are no longer made of white plastic but aluminum and glass like the MacBooks. But if you like this one...there is always eBay! : )

Yes your cpu will be great but your operation system will hung , will make you restart, will make you install drivers, you will have viruses and you need a higher machine for less performance.
LOLOLOLL. YOUR tellling ME what MY opertaing system does? 64 bit vista is amazing. I can run 8 gigs of ran on it solid at 1333 mhz. I've never had boot issues or restarting issues and like i can spend 10 minutes installing drivers....i've done it on my other computers on post-formats. I don't need a "higher" system (what ever that means..) and my system runs fast great and easy and i'm a gamer. The Mac would suck for me.
Editing is based mostly on processor power. Also The graphics card i got was actual the gGTx 260 ($190). It has a feature that allows it to do most of the HD editing/streaming AND I also decided to change my core duo to the q9550 quad core. HD editing doesn't even take time. People who complain about vista probably aren't good with comps or never used it.
You're crazy, both Windows and Macs don't require the user to have ANY knowledge whatsoever about computers, they are both extremely simple...and almost too simple, making people dumber and if they have a problem they will never know how to fix it.

Final Cut Studio is the Professionals choice for editing. It has twice the users of Adobe Premiere Pro. Windows is just not stable enough for anything important that has to get done one time. I'm always uninstalling and installing drivers. no manager does it for me. Windows is good- mac is better.

Some dumbasses think you can run all games on OSX with Bootcamp = FAIL WMware fusion or Paralles don't support full Direct X 9 Capabilities, you can barely play games on it, only HL2, GTA and few others.. Someone earlier mentioned that crysis would work. DUMBASS do ur fucking research, I had OSX installed on my pc and i tried playing games, doesn't work. OSX is awesome but not for gaming plain and simple. Apple systems on the other hand is fucking overpriced.

apple can do everyting windows can do.but they dont play games as well and apples are meant more for buisness use than pcs which can be used both as gaming systems and for work.not saying that mac sucks but windows will always be slightly better.
Playing games on the computer isn't really an issue for me as I do not play games on the pc only online ones if I am board I leave my gaming for my xbox 360 elite
whats also a bummer is that, they are making more games for the intel and g5 macs, well i guess they could run on a g4 because they say mac, then reqquirements and it says a 2.5ghtz prossecer or faster, and i only have g3 macs, but im getting a powerbook g4 17" aluminum and a 20" imac g4, at the moment i only have 2 g3 ibooks, the fastest is 320mgbs ram and 388mghtz with a 10GB harddrive (i upgraded) and 10.3.9

apple can do everyting windows can do.but they dont play games as well and apples are meant more for buisness use than pcs which can be used both as gaming systems and for work.not saying that mac sucks but windows will always be slightly better.

Playing games on the computer isn't really an issue for me as I do not play games on the pc only online ones if I am board I leave my gaming for my xbox 360 elite

whats also a bummer is that, they are making more games for the intel and g5 macs, well i guess they could run on a g4 because they say mac, then reqquirements and it says a 2.5ghtz prossecer or faster, and i only have g3 macs, but im getting a powerbook g4 17" aluminum and a 20" imac g4, at the moment i only have 2 g3 ibooks, the fastest is 320mgbs ram and 388mghtz with a 10GB harddrive (i upgraded) and 10.3.9

you can upgrade it, takes no time at all unless you don't no how to use a computer I'm guessing you. I have added 4gb ram into my Macbook 2gb into a mac mini and planning on added 2gb in my power mac
