Hey nice job man! That's one cool dog! I actully know what all those tools are, my brother is a machinist, he makes thread gauges and things, they do them mostly on Mazak computerized lathes now though. Crazy huh....
can you be more specific , thats pretty thick stuff. what are you welding together . i welded the 1 inch teeth on my bucket with that miller 185. i would say the miller 250 or bigger for you , but even with huge structural stuff, the way connections are designed i dont normally have to weld that thick of material. some times you can beef things up with gussets also. i cant answer unless i see what you got. send me a pic
