Target painters do not stack like speed/resists. so each one does it's bonus. Enough TP's can let a frig take full dmg from a torp.

It would take a hell of a lot. Don't they only add something like 30%? Starting from 40 and adding 30% it will take awhile to get up over 500.

@Asdayasman at the time, i tested it out on Sisi and Trinity servers. Dropped a capital energy turret on an abadon, pointed it at a phoon, and had a huggin addint tp's as we kept track of dmg. they seemed to just keep going. (didn't take many tp's from a huggin to let large guns instapop frigs, and cap guns 2 shot the phoon.)
