in my opinion.. why would snowboarders even give a shit about at least 2 of these resorts? first off Deer Valley is just a bunch of pompus assholes that have billions of dollars, and are ussually not very good at it to begin with, and mad river glen is an ice hard, east coast mountain with a billion moguls and a single chair thats slow as heck.
Taos and Alta are sick, but Snowbird makes up for alta with similar terrain, and Taos.. well.. its in New mexico, so whats the point.
the behavior of the boarders in this video is exactly why snowboarding is still banned. how does harassing people at deer valley convince them to allow snowboarders?
@Justinw345 harassing? well the fact that the argument over skiers vs snowboarders are over and these hills didnt get the message, so these pricks talk shit and we stand by... so it isnt too much of harassment now is it.
yea they should let boarders ski there too its not fair for just skiers to theres so good little kickers there that warnt ment to be there that i would like to hit
2 of the 4 resorts that don't allow snowboarding are on national forests funded by government money. This means that snowboarders and skiers alike are paying for the use of these resorts so they should allow all who help pay for the land to ride the land. Great concept Burton way to pave the way for riding anywere you please.
Kinda funny, but kinda dumb. I mean, who really cares if those mountains don't allow snowboarding? Its their mountain, and they have every right to decide what does and does not happen there. There's plenty of other mountains that allow snowboarding and have really great terrain.
