All I could see was a blurry white box and I couldnn't read what it was called.

Okay, this video lacks alot of info which could have saved alot of googling time. Doesnt mention what this is exactly. I found out the software is the Creative Soundblaster Audigy HD software which is an option on the most dells as most of you might know. Its a $19.99 add on and can be purchased anytime.

Its software that allows bass adjustments, EQ and simulates EAX /3D sound. Played with it all day and its junk. Volumes still limited.

1525 speakers just cant be improved.

the sound quality is soo low. No bass and when I first got mine is was crackling and popping all the time! Terrible, however I found a forum where I actually resolved the problem so far so good anyway.

come on.. are you playing the music with the internal speakers?? .. try playing your music with external speakers and you will see the difference.. I think thats the problem, cause those internal speakers are obviously smaller and medium quality. Besides, for internal speakers the sound is good.
