Question? I want to update my firmware to LT+ 2.0 but I need to update my dashboard first. When I try to update I get an E66 error when I do. People have said to change the firmware back to original then update dashboard then re-flash the DVD drive. I did not flash the drive but a friend did and dont have the original firmware. Can I use the firmware on jungleflash instead? Also jungleflash does not see my drive. Using sata to pc and xbox to power. Im I doing something wrong?

@DMS0683 Oh sorry, i read your question wrong haha. Yeah Sammys don't need 3.0, they stopped at 2.01.

So yeah, restore to stock, then go to Xbox . com / update and download the update for a CD. Then burn it to a CD then use that to update.

Then when it's on the dash, update it to LT+ 2.01.

@DMS0683 Yeah, what you're going to do, is do Sammy Unlock, then you hit Read. Then when it asks if you want to auto load LT+ you hit No.

Then do choose target firmware, go to the firmware folder, Stock Firmware, then hit Samsung Phat or whatever the folder is in, then Post 13146 Folder and choose that.

Then spoof source to target, and then flash it on to there.

@gamlin25 I would EXTREMELY recommend Restoring to Stock first. Everyone says that Updating with a Flashed drive is Safe now, but I would just recommend being safer.

So yeah, restore to stock, then update to the new dash, then flash with 2.01.

@Hookah1388 Well it depends what kind of spoof you're talking about.

Realistically yes, you can spoof a LiteOn as another LiteOn.

But you can not spoof a BenQ as a LiteOn.

If you brick your LiteOn, and you have your Keys and everything, then you can order a brand new LiteOn Drive. Then when you get it, you can spoof it to put your Old keys on it.

So yes, you can spoof your drive, but no you cannot spoof 2 different drives.

Hopefully that'll clear it up for ya :)

@SmileXForXDaXScope Make sure your SATA is connected to your PC either in a PCI Card, the X360USB Pro, or Attached to the Motherboard.

Also, make sure your power Cable is connected the right way. If you're using the Xbox 360 as Power, just plug in the AV Cables into the back. If you're using a CK3i, or CK3 Pro/Lite, double check those are all being powered by Molex.

@syntheticgroove Well the problem is, after the 13604 Dashboard update, you can't really spoof drives anymore.

I would suggest getting another Sammy drive, with the exact same model as yours. Then take your Old key and put it into the New Drive.

@BiGgRiE The CK3 Pro is NOT necessary, it just makes flashing the drive A LOT easier.

You can use the Xbox 360 as power, and you can use the SATA to connect to your computer too.

Saved the original fw so i was sure i had it. Yesterday i tried going back to stock fw. Just like shown inn the video. Then i get E66. I have believe it or not, an m25 samsung drive.. :)

Guys i have a question.

I have a modded Lite-on LT+ 2.0 on my Jasper Xbox360. And i reformatted the built-in memory in it. And when i connect it to Xbox Live it requests an update but my Dashboard is already on 2.0.13599.0.

What should i do? Can i remove the DVD-Drive 1st then update it and return it back after the update? Because when i updated it it-might flash my Lite-on back to normal(not LT+2.0).

Im asking this because i dont have the DVD-files(.bin/keys) with me.
