I think i get the whole Chris beeing less powerful then Wyatt thing. Wyatt was concieved in joy and happiness between to healthy people, while Chris was concieved in a time of sadness and termoil with one parent dying and the other one feeling hopless ans desprate. I'm pretty sure in magic karma type ways that would def screw with the whole powers and strength thing. Poor Chris was doomed from the start. Stinken writers.

Neji, remember, Wyatt was a twice blessed child that was prophesied thousands of years ago. Paige is half whitelighter too, but as far as we know she didn't have a shield. And we know Wyatt is perhaps the strongest single force of good the world has ever seen. So no, baby Chris doesn't have the forcefield. He doesn't heve have powers from the womb.

I don't know. I think Chris has more powers because he was the first child born to the Charmed ones. It's kind of like the reason Pru had stronger powers than the other sisters. The younger kids get the least active powers.

When Pheobe was pregnant, her baby was going to be the most powerful being. Piper just beat her to it.

wait hold on, in the previous episode "Hyde School Reunion", it is revealed to us that piper dies when chris turns 14........so how come now he said that when he is in his teen years (The time we ask parents/aunts for money for the movies) he goes to paige and not her because she's busy with things and doesn't want to bother her. I don't get it but it is a great show anyways. LOVE IT!!!!!! PS. i stated teen years because usually ages 16-18 ask for money for movies lol
