If you use it to judge a whole high school, nationality, or age group then in reality there is a large lack in maturity in these that claim to be mature. These kids need to have their diplomas revoked. I remember when I got my high school diploma from Vietnam, everyone was well behaved and respectful. These kids act like they graduated from fourth grade, not high school. It's just a shame. They definitely don't deserve to be admitted into any college. They just don't have the maturity. They maybe 17 or 18 chronologically, but mentally they are between 10 and 12.
