I had the same problem with the battery/charger and my atomizers may be bad. Its a shame that they cannot make these atomizers a little better and stronger/larger
@rocksiphone personally i've quit using this device and moved on to a high-volt mod and i've dropped all the cart atomizers and moved to cartomizers, they're much cheaper and perform as great, if not, better! for me, vaping is all about high-voltage (about six volts) and cartomizers (either KR808 or 510cartomizer).
I just got one of these and for a couple of days it worked great, now not the smoke I got before. Why do people like the shorter atomizer? I like the atomizer on the Janty Stick, it seems like it produces more vapor, is there an adapter for that one?
@rocksiphone yeah, what you want is called a 510 atomizer. the SD uses a 901 connection and what you'll need is an adapter that goes from 901 to 510, you can find adapters from all sorts of vendors.
I do sometimes put 2 drops on the atty which helps but I dont want to get in the habit of that because I want to try getting as much use of it as i can so im not replacing attys left and right
like i said before, what you're doing is known as dripping and it's perfectly safe as long as you're not too careless. you should check out green's or mooby's' pyramid tea bag mod videos, you'll find it quite useful if you're a cart user, i'd make a teabag video but i think there are enough good ones out there.
wait you put a tea bag in your 510 cart? does that method work? because I have a 510 cart on my 510 and I kept the wool in there but it seems like after i top it off it leaks through the cart and I just like suck it juice which is unpleasent I try not to flood it either so should I try putting more wool in the cart or try your method?
yes, grimgreen has just done a tutorial on the pyramid tea bag mod-mod. i exclusively drip now (drop 2-3 drops directly onto the atty, which does not shorten your atty lifespan as long as you're cautious) but if you really want to use carts i completely recommend the teabag mod. as for the fluid, this is happening because you have fluid in your air chamber, just clean it by popping off the plastic top piece opposite of where you attach your atomizer, sometimes it'll jus pop out if you bite on it
I'm really torn between the SD and the Prodigy (and possibly the Protege when PS releases it)
I can't believe you can get so much time out of one charge (though the longer charge time is a downfall) I guess I'm gonna have to look at more reviews!
hey, thanks for the view! if you can get you hands on a SD go ahead and get one, TW is having a 20%off sale through tomarrow but sadly out of stock.
if not, i'd get the Protege since it has removable tops and you can use the passthrough adapters on it!!! no worries about modding one yourself or looking for someone to build you a mod!

OoOo, that's slick as hell!
I hadn't seen a black SD until now.
