    Can't you say, the "anti-nutrient" content of plant-based proteins are generally present in un-cooked foods whereas they are removed during the cooking-soaking-sprouting-ferm­enting types of processes? I see raw meat being potentially very difficult for the human body to digest, etc... and it may be dangerous. So, we cook it. Same for vegetable proteins, no?

    P.S.

    Can't hemp seeds supplement people's protein requirements fairly well?
