  • Holy shit @1:35 is that Beth Phoenix???

  • @1:35 that baby has got some ASS

  • Hey does anyone know where i can download or see Shimmer DVD's or Matchs for free????

  • @MyESCvideos

    There all on Netflix.

  • I bet that dumb bitch marked out something fierce for the pro wrestling promos that Matt Hughes and Matt Serra cut on each other. Or Ortiz and Shamrock's promos. Or Sherk and Penn.

That isn't pro wrestling inspired at all, is it?

How about TUF where coaches magically develop a grudge that builds up for weeks on tv and gets settled on a pay per view match. Wonder where they got that format from?

  • In China there is an art called Wushu which is used a lot for fight scenes in martial arts movies over there.

It is practically useless in a real fight but looks incredible on screen and is extremly difficult to learn.

I wonder could we get RetardCorazon to give them a lecture about how learning the art doesn't mean anything because they are learning "fake" techniques and doesn't require as much skill as other art forms?

  • Josh Barnett (who is going to fight Fedor),Ken Shamrock, Bas Rutten,Dan Severn,Don Frye, Mark Coleman,Kevin Randleman and Kazushi Sakuraba have all been involved in pro wrestling and went on record saying that they got injured far worse in wrestling than what they ever did in mma.

And Vince McMahon went in front of the New Jersey athletic commission in the 1980s and admitted wrestling was a work, so your "it's all fake" remarks are hardly groundbreaking revelations.

  • i have not watched shimmer really are the girls in the jerseys have a "beautiful people" gimmick or something similar or are they a face faction

  • "Team Blondage".....the precursors to the Beautiful People

  • give it up for shimmer!!!!!

  • Shimmer women are amazing, seriously, they put all others to shame.

  • SHIMMER puts WWE Divas into shame...

  • Shimmer women athletes (today) is like what the LPWA was in the 90s, LMLW in the 80s ... only Shimmer's more smashmouth, I love it!

  • So what if they need a second job. Do you know how many actors and singers out there who perfrom and work full time? When you are doing something you love the money doesn't matter.

  • Great video! This women deserve all the respect in the world!

  • eesus, look at the draw.......thought it was a Nawa gig.......

  • the venue sold out..for the intial run of a promotion and it has sold out every single time it has ever been run. makes good sense to keep the venue small since it sells.

  • I'm support SHIMMER, I was just a little thrown off by their draw at first.

  • What's all the griping about "fake" or not being real. It's entertainment. Next time you see an action flick like 300 or a Vin Diesel movie...don't enjoy it too much...remember, it's fake. :)

  • Too bad being "real" isn't the point of wrestling.

X is better than Y because it's something that Y does not even attempt to be? Horrible logic.

  • I like MMA,K-1,football,basketball and boxing but it doesnt give me the action i crave like pro wrestling does .

I like the in ring action ,the testerone male and female drama.

Pro wrestling is different MMA is a sport pro wrestling is sport entertainment they are far more injuries in wrestling than any sport in the world that is a fact .

Show some respect to men and women who actually show passion for what they do .

  • Tigre, what takes more balls? Knocking someone out, or letting them kick you in the back for real, and chop you in the chest, for real. The difference between wrestling and MMA is that in MMA you try to do the most damage by hitting in vital spots, in wrestling, you hit in spots that can absorb.

Also, I seriously doubt that Liddel can do the stuff that Jack Evans or Matt Sydal does.

BTW, I hope you didn't pay 50 bucks to see Ortiz and Shamrock fight for 20 seconds.

  • shimmer looks good

  • Wish there were more Ariel clips on youtube, I love her she's great.

  • Lacey is the best.

  • There always has to be one girl in the mix that screws up the whole fantasy by WEARING THOSE STUPID, UGLY, UNFLATTERING LONG PANTS. You don't look hot at all, you look like you are ready to paint a house from spot labor.

  • AGREED. THAnk You.

  • Pretty good selection .of clips. 2nd last match looked like a real donnybrok wou[d llke to see more out of the ring brawling to spice things up. lack of closeups big shortcoming

    tctaylor

  • Yeah TigreCorazon fucking FAKE fuck! Yeah I'm an ingorant dumb "ebonic" wanna be UFC fan! Because it's teh realz!

  • it's a shitload more real than this fake ass bullshit. YoU step in the ring and decide for yourself.

  • It more enjoyable to watch than your shitty attempts at kickboxing

  • yea i'll be the first one to tell you that that footage is terrible. Way back when I was still a beginner. BUT there is Good reason. If you want to Improve, a good tip is to Video tape yourself, then you can Really See all the mistakes your making that you need to Improve on. but you fake-wressling watching douchbags wouldnt even understand that concept because you dont have to worry AS much about tecnique with fake fighting.

  • Professional wrestling is ALL about correct technique to avoid injuring yourself or your opponent.

The fact that you don't realize this most basic point proves that you have no idea what you are talking about.

  • yeah!, Correct Technique of -Fake Moves-. take "Chyna" for instance. didn't she get her ass kicked when it came time to box for real? (and dont give me that man vs. woman bullsheeiit. she signed up for it. and once you agree to go at it, it's no more "guy"s and "girls". there are only "sparring partners")

  • Aaand, that's why I said "AS much". and that's why I capitalized it so that I could refer to it later because I figured you'd look right over it. because I'm talking about technique to execute a devastating blow. ..a Real one that is.

  • It requires more technique to do a pro wrestling move that looks devastating while not injuring your opponent than it does to try to hurt somebody in a boxing or mma fight.

Any idiot can hurt someone, it takes skill and technique to protect your opponent in a professional wrestling match.

  • Wrong: "any idiot" canNot so easily hurt a trained fighter (note: just because one practices Martial Arts does Not mean one is a Fighter or a true Martial Artist).

Going back to Chyna, she didnt'e even fight a trained fighter. but could she 'hurt' her opponent then? Hell to the NO. does that mean that she's even Lower than an idiot?? secondly, those moves ONLY Look "devastating" to .. Idiots.

  • Any idiot off the street can most certainly hurt a trained fighter. It is not difficult to hurt someone.

Protecting your opponent and doing a worked match and making the moves look good without injury requiers a great deal of skill.

  • ok now your just repeating youself. you only reveal how ignorant you really are. ..because You, I'm sure, hurt trained fighters ALL the Time, right? So, it's "Easy" to knock out someone like Mike Tyson, yet it's "difficult" to Pretend to punch someone while they Pretend to be in pain. Or, ..it's "easy" to take down a Judo black belt who is Resisting being taken down, yet, it's "difficult" to throw someone while they JUMP INTO the throw. good lord why am I even arguing with you??

  • Fuck me...is English your second language or something?

I said anyone can hurt someone.

Doing a worked match while protecting and not hurting your opponent is also a skill.

  • no, you said "Any idiot off the street can most certainly hurt a trained fighter" (that's copy-and-pasted right there). And THAT's what I was referring to. my Very last statement. It's not my language skills, it's Your reading skills that's the problem. you Also said: "It requires MORE technique to do pro wrestling.." I'm only responding to exactly what you're saying. and LAstly, My ORIginal statment that started all this, was me making the point that it's all just "FAKE-ass fighting". THINK.

  • In a street fight situation a trained fighter can indeed be hurt by a random brawler. Fact.

Anyone can hurt someone. It takes a different kind of skill to protect someone during a match and not injure them.

  • OH, hAHAh! NICE how you ERASED the Very comment that You made that states "Any idiot off the street can most certainly hurt a trained fighter".

OK Your First satement, I Already Covered that, NOT Going to repeat it. (apparently your lack of reading skills prevents you from understanding). Second Statment: YES Anyone can Possibly Hurt Someone. Never Dissagreed. refer to previouse comments.

Lastly, YES it takes skill but NOT NEARLY as much as it does to Fight in REAL hand to hand combat.

  • soooo, THANK You for finally agreeing with me ~.^

  • "NICE how you ERASED the Very comment that You made that states "Any idiot off the street can most certainly hurt a trained fighter"

This is what I said moron

"In a street fight situation a trained fighter can indeed be hurt by a random brawler."

Same thing. I fail to see how that is "erasing" it.

  • because the Very sentence WORD FOR WORD that I quoted you on, was Copy-and-Pasted from YOUR message that is Now GONE.

It was There , Now it's Not.

you said BOTH. But the one I Quoted you on, the Copy-and -pasted one, is Now GONE. retard.

  • also, it's not as much a skill (take note: i said "AS MUCH") as it is just Learning the C.h.o.r.e.o.g.r.a.p.h.y.

  • Leanring the correct choreography does take as much skill.

Please familiarize yourself with some wrestling documentaries or videos that show how difficult pro wrestling is and get back to us. There's a good girl.

  • see that's your problem. you only "familiarize" yourself with documentaries and videos, and that makes you think you know what you're talking about.

I've trained Martial Arts for 7 years plus. Brazilian Jujitsu, San Shou, Muay Thai, Judo, And others. As well, My Brother is a proffetional Stunt Man, who does Everything a wressler does And -More. I KNOW what I'm talking about. YOU only know what you Hear others Talk about.

Now, YOU "Familiarize" Yourself by putting yourself on the Mat.

  • "As well, My Brother is a proffetional Stunt Man, who does Everything a wressler does And -More."

Proof positive that you have no fucking idea what you are talking about.

    Bye

  • it's a -Hell- of a lot more than just watching some stranger talk about it on some video (which I already have done as well).

you're like this moron that we knew who used to tell everyone that he knew all the fighting he needed to know by -wAtching enough Bruce Lee movies. He truly beleived that he knew enough because he had WAtched enough Bruce Lee and listened to what he had to say in television interviews.

of course, this guy finnally got his ass kicked to Hong Kong and back.

  • "see that's your problem. you only "familiarize" yourself with documentaries and videos, and that makes you think you know what you're talking about."

No. It means the people on the documentaries being interviewed know what they are talking about.

  • Well even if there is little to no skill in it you have to learn the right way like you did.

  • Why are you having this argument with ebeneezzer?

  • I'm a sucker for arguing with tards on youtube, what can I say: I'm a glutton for punishment.

  • cool
