@BushidoMH Word. I remember this game when I was 8 or so I guess. It didn't have an intricate plot, developed characters, or much backstory. All you knew was that there were aliens, and they were bad, and you had to take your gun and shoot them back into the hole they came out of. AWESOME!

contra will always hold a place in my heart even though it isn't popular any more. i used to play these games nonstop back in the day when i was a kid and i LOVED the box arts.  contra 3 and super c are my favorites. those palm trees are amazing!
