  • thanks so much dude

  • amazing video! helped me a lot (: kinda hard cuz i have big feet tho

  • thanks dude

  • Thanks dude helped alot. That beat was sick nice fill

  • muito bom! parabens

  • @LopesDrums Obrigado man!

  • Is that the 600 pedal with the docking station or the 400 with the normal clamp and how would you rate this pedal against like iron cobra? Thanks

  • @1234fivesixseven8

600? 400? No man! Those are the prices to sonor giant step models. This is a Sonor DP472R and it's only 200/250 euros. Ok, the Iron Cobra it's a really good pedal with lots of adjustments and the this sonor it's really good too, has all the basic adjustments you need. I think it´s a matter of opinion and money, really...This sonor definitely rules for the price.

  • @andresilvestresantos i meant is it 400 series and that meant was it the dp472 or the dp672 but i like the look of it and i may purchase 2 singles for my 2 bass drums, thanks :)

  • woot im doind the heel toe. by the main prob is trying ti incorperate it between the interval of both pedal. any tips?

  • Your english is fine! Good video,thanks...

  • Oh sweet jesus. LoL.

  • Maybe this video give an answer to my other question, but i prefer an explication from you.... by the way i think that I am going to star with a pedal like yours... how many time you expend to do this... i can´t believe when i see your videos, it´s incredible!!!

  • @6papeles the sonor double pedal it's a great choice in my opinion!

the motion to this technique it's pretty simple, but it might take a while to get used to. i think it took about 2 weeks to understand the motion and about 2 months until i could really play all you see in the video.

  • good vid as it is tough to fit all you foot on a pedal for heel toe. So your example of getting round this makes sense and is what im trying to do. at first it felt like cheating doing it that way, but its such a quicker response using the ball of you foot for the first hit then up to the toe for the second hit. good vid

  • niceley done! thanks for sharing this video, i shall start trying that now :D

  • Are you from Brazil? I am! Great video! I've been trying the heel toe for a couple of days and it's being a lot harder than I expected! I can already play two notes with one stroke with both legs, but my brain still won't let me apply the technique in a song. It also gets all messed up when I try to use both feet. How long did it take you to master it?

  • Obrigado, amigo! Estava quase desistindo do heel toe e partindo para a slide! Terei mais paciência! Ajudou bastante! Abraço!

  • @lgalicki Inda bem k ajudei.

Uso ambas as tecnicas! Tenta aprender as duas, pois nunca é demais saber essas coisas!

    Abraço!

  • 2:05 FOOT GOING INSANE!!

i wish i could do this, u make it look so ez!!! ):

  • Thanks a lot! Great technique. I like your sound, thx again!!

    Keep it up

  • thanks man..you make this look so easy!

  • You make this look so easy. I've just recently started trying to develop this technique and it's tuff because it just doesn't feel natural at all to me at all. Nice job on those singles.

  • thank's man!

i understand what you mean about the feel...i only use heel-toe for fast doubles and some double bass variations. i also use slide technique, that has a more natural feel, but i can't play fast with it so i use both.

    take care

BTW you're a really good drummer

  • a bigfoot drummer?!? bigfoot monkey u mean?!?

haha im jockin, nice video Btw.

    ill try this!

  • @andresilvestresantos hey man, u have amazing technique and good english, i have trouble getting the first stroke to make a hard hit, do u have any tips to help me?

  • ok so u hit the pedel with your heal then your toe?

anyways good vid man thanks for the tip

  • i have small feet to but this helps alot as well thanks man! :D

  • great tutorial man! it really helped!

  • np mate! glad i can help!

  • hey man, im a drummer my self thats awsome and thankz for showing me and all the other drummers out there how to do the heel toe..soo thankz

  • thank you!

  • sick.

i cant get 16s that consistent, or get the ht doubles in two many grooves yet.

    sick.

  • Great tutorial dude. I do not think that I have seen many people or any at all on youtube running consistent 16th notes with heel-toe...that is awesome!

  • thank's! i commented one of your videos yesterday...that was a great beat man! sound's great.

    take care!

  • when he's running straight 16ths its more constant release than heel toe .. great video

  • this was a great tutorial and was well explained. im just screwed! im a size 14 shoe and my feet are too big for any pedals ive ever had!

  • yep man, i share your pain, as if it wsn't bad enough getting shoes

  • ha, my foots a size 11 and i can do that half the time

GRACIAS. great job

  • the beat in the end* xP

  • Hey man, great drumming as usual! The in the end is great! Keep up the good work ;D

  • hey dude! thank you!

  • Hey mate, good work, as ever ;) just a question, when u move from middle to the base of the pedal, at 2:10, looks like you do perfect 16ths strokes when you're down, while when you're in the middle they sound like shuffle triplets, u know? ... is that what u intended to do? cos I didn't understand that, great work anyway!! cya!

  • hey dude! yeah, that was the point. i wanted to show that is possible to do 16th strokes using the heel-toe method. many drummers only use it to perform doubles or triplets, but u can do so much more with it!

    Take care man!
