Me & my friend got stuck hitchhiking through Wawa one summer. We had to hitchhike back to Sue saint marie & catch a bus to get us through the prairies. I had friends who hitchhike through the prairies in winter & they say it was hell. Of course I did this when I was young, I couldn't do this today.
Many of the laws you featured are a farce. Although some of what you said holds true, the majority is not. I really do think you should do a little more research before you speak and perhaps change your source. Canadians often go to USA and make things up to see how Americans react and it seems that both you and your source believe lies. Please youtube 'Rick Mercer - Talking To Americans' and you will see what I mean.
