I meant to say "it'd dovetail well ..." in hope to hear some more such arrangements from Nashville. The experimentals would be a breath of fresh air to bluegrass.

It facinates me how the lady managed to produce a wide range of notes with a two-string instrument. I think it's dovetail well with banjos in bluegrass. Thanks for sharing.

What *great* erhu! There's a beautiful version of this piece played by Bela Fleck (playing banjo here in the background) and Jie-Bing Chen on the Fleck/Chen/Bhatt Tabula Rasa CD.
