Why? First Amendment of the Constitution of the United States of America, very clearly states that speech and the right to assemble peacefully, may not be abridged by anyone, most especially the police...The tea Party has the same right...Your comment just sounds silly...
the police dont make the laws they just enforce them. if their sergeant, lieutenant, captain, major or the governor gives them an order they have to follow those orders or theyll be fired
"He's not hurting anyone.. don't arrest him". Waht a great argument. How amny crimes are committed by people who are "not hurting anyone". Should we let them all go?
I hate all this Occupy bullshit. This Country was not founded on organized 'bitch-fests' to piss and moan and whine until someone changes something simply because you're annoying.
I'm glad you're offended that a piece of plastic that resembles the flag got thrown on the ground. Grow up.
When you're ready to complain about something legit, watch this video and ask yourself "how many State Police does it take to arrest one person?".
This dude gloriously personifies the whole 'occupy' movement... a group of people who get a hard-on from ANYTHING anti-establishment. Either that or just bunch of folk who hate authority in general... @12Oc7ock for example
@12Oc7ock I really hope you need a cop some day, and they just decide not to help you. What do you have agaisnt cops. Sounds like you have been on the wrong side of a set of handcuffs. Let me guess: You didn't do anything wrong?
@AlbanyConservative Cops murdered Aiyana Jones (trigger happy swat killed the 7 year old sleeping on her couch), Kelly Thomas, Allan Kephart, Douglas Zerby, Jose Guerrero...list is endless. There is never a time were we "need" a cop. A paramedic or fireman for sure, but a cop? For what?
Zionist training of command personnel has fomented an "every citizen is a terrorist" mindset. It's not "protect and serve", now it's "oppress and abuse."
@Deathwhisperer42 WOW, you really need to take a deep breath. You cite isolated instances as the norm. So if one cop is bad, they all must be bad. Gee, if one black person rapes someone, then all black people are rapists. If one mexican is an illegal, they all must be illegal. Is that what you think? I think that cops are overused when it comes to traffic enforcement, but other than that, 99.9% of them are out there protecting us. Nice use of the word "Zionist". It reveals alot about you.
@AlbanyConservative Thousands of command staff are sent to Tel Aviv for indoctrination into zionist methodologies...thereby becoming a weapon against liberty, against civil rights when unconstitutional laws like the "Patriot Act" and the latest tyranny- the bill to imprison/murder American citizens without trial on the word of the monkey in chief are enacted. Morons like you are the reason, in part the criminals have made progress toward a zionist one world government.
@Deathwhisperer42 Using terms like monkey and moron don't help your argument any. I do agree with you on the new terrorism law, although I do believe that the second you pick up arms against my country, you give up your constitutional rights. You are an enemy combatant and will be treated as such. WE will read you your rights after the bombs stop falling.
@AlbanyConservative Actually, the Constitution demands us to act with violence to over throw any central government that becomes tyrannous. The gov may call me an "enemy combatant"...Thomas Jefferson would call me a concerned citizen. So, you will merrily get on the cattle carts headed for the fema slave labor camps when challenged? Think about that.
@Deathwhisperer42 OUr government is a long way from being a tyranny. Just because you don't like the laws they pass doesn't make it one. It is the voters who choose our government. You can blame them for the people we have representing us. Look at the number of incumbants that get re-elected. The tea party has brought some change to Washington. love us or hate us, we have made a difference. We are for constitutitonally limited federal government and fiscal responsibility.
@AlbanyConservative When elections are obviously fixed, I call that a tyranny. You're going to tell me Bush won? Obama won? You're too far gone dude.
@Deathwhisperer42 You make assumptions and statements with no evidence to back them up. I live in Albany. Albany has been getting worse every year for 100 years, and the voters hear just keep re-electing democrats every election. Most people don't want to bother to do thier jobs and vote for who is best. They vote for their party and for themselves. It is the voters who are the problem. And yes, Bush won, and yes , Obama won.
@Deathwhisperer42 I looked at the website. It has some factual information and then alot of assumptions and accusations without any proof. You make accusations about anyone or anything. It is proving them that is difficult. I am a strong suppoter of Voter ID laws. That would go along way to prevent voter fraud. It is still the people who are ultimately responsible for ensuring fair elections. We elect the candidates and we put the people in power. We are to blame.
This is a good example of how money is the root of evil. It is most likely the money that turns the cops into traitors and uses them to implement the martial law that already is and has been for a long time in effect.
Bradley here must only support big tobacco, judging from the pack of Marlboro menthols the cops pulled out of his pocket. Thanks for the support Brad, Oh ya you slowly killing yourself off with lung cancer is your constitutional right too. And nice job to your helpers, letting the colors hit the ground and your "enemy" the police has to do the right thing by raising them back up....
@jos3422 Actually, the Uniformed NY State Police Officer threw the U.S.A Flags directly on the ground. United States Code. Title 4, Chapter 1 §8. ("Respect for flag") which states "The flag should never touch anything beneath it, such as the ground, the floor, water, or merchandise." I am deeply offended of this atrocity and this officer should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
Bradly, the guy getting arrested, was going to put up a bunch of american figures the constitution and alot more flags but he was stopped once he put up the first two flags. the police didn't want to have to cut through his entire freedom fort to get to him at curfew while cutting through important american symbols. but when theu did go to take down the fort they dropped the us flags on the ground what the fuck.
im glad the state police came and got rid of this scum. i hate the occupy movement and should be made illegal

Refuse to think the 99% are people who have nothing better to do with their time than loiter and whine.
