Great Video! Great opening! Thanks for posting. The original "Occupy Wallstreet!" Yes, Impossible not to love the hippies. What a cool scene, so well choreographed (twyla tharp) with the hippies weaving down the hillside in mottled garb and all the mottled autumn leaves on the ground. What a voice on the singer. Makes me want to believe in something.
Never saw the Broadway musical (unfortunately), but I love this movie version. No matter how controversial or "politically incorrect" anyone may find them, there's not a bad song in the whole movie or the Broadway recordings that I've heard. The ending is quite powerful I think, even now.
@RunningARampage That depends on the authority and the humans. Did I suggest rebel? No, I did not. In context, the film was an anti-war film. Is there something wrong questioning leadership and in people considering what is morally right and wrong.
@RunningARampage Of course rebelling against authority makes our world better. Or do you prefer totalitarian rule? Would you prefer children still be taught that the Sun revolves around the Earth just because scientists refused to contradict Church doctrine? We're talking about non-violent political activism and refusing to be forced to take part in an unjust war. That's what you call "kaos?" It's spelled "chaos" by the way. Or are you just REBELLING against proper spelling? ;)
Thank you for commenting! Yeah, I really love it. Milos Forman made one mistake - no nudity in a film that was based on a Broadway play famous for nudity. Had Forman delivered on that, the rest is pure genius.
one faggot watched this video.

I find the brunette woman at 2:10 doing the tai chi moves very attractive and sensual.

This film should be shown to students once each year from junior high school age onward. We might have a slightly better world.
