Well I am quite sure it is him. Even at the dutch magic forum they mention this video. You have to remind yourself that this was recorded 1 year before Tommy passed away.

By the way the same stand, cage and silk are used by Tommy Wonder in another video posted on youtube (the one with the bird, egg, lemon and orange)
