pretty much a standard Dark Armed Return Deck in my mind. In terms of deck builds you and Pysch tie since well they are built with all the necessary cards that make the deck tiers. However if you say who would win in a match i would say lightsworns since their swarm gives DAD trouble often. one of my friends is pretty tight with the judges for shonen jump,they said their are to many combos with dmoc like different dimension reincarnation,like if u run 2 of those and discard 1 with lightning vortex wenever dmoc is special summoned jus grab the one u sent to the graveyard,dmoc never dies with that so theyre banning him,and disc commander is goin cuz the dark deck has to much draw power,but they are bringin back breaker and magician of faith to make up 4 it...
