  • should i get a renegade 500 or an outlander 500

  • @TheMSMUDBOY Get the Renegade man becasue the weight to Power ratio is better... And renegades are just plain awesome and ive driven them all... I own an 800 renegade.

  • how much ? and where is it ?

  • i just bought a can am 500 and was wondering how hard would it be to convert the front end into Double a arms

  • I Just purchased a 500 w/ 28" laws and I am wanting to upgrade to 29.5" laws and I am interest in a clutch kit... What parts did u use out of the 800 clutch kit and what parts out of the 500 clutch kit? My buddy got a 800 and is always ridin wheelies so I want to be able to do the same lol

  • why are you selling it? finaly want another 800?

  • Is it still for sale

  • Is it still for sale?

  • is she still for sale?

  • @ mikejohnson73 yea i gotta get me some

  • @mikejohnson73 where do u get the "burp" and "can- ham" stickers? Lol

  • @Cananimal10 Bruce had them printed at a local shop...funny shit

  • This Can Am 500 Outlander is for sale. $4800 firm as seen here. $5,800 with a custom fiberglass molded stereo (4 - 8" Rockford Fosgates/JBL Marine amp), Ride N Rest rear seat & 2 mounted 50 cal. ammo storage cans. Message me for details. See the video response to this video for stereo details

  • raw as fuck

  • What are the engine/clutch mods done to it for those tires (29.5 laws im guessin), Can it turn them in the thick stuff?

    Thankls

  • @DylanYamahaWolverine It is a surprisingly strong machine. It has the same hp as a Brute 650. I have an 800 primary clutch spring in it. It will pull wheelies on command.

  • is this the ham that was fished out the mississippi? haha...

  • @jthconst Nah...I am crazy, but not stupid...

  • Why it say Can-Ham at 0:37??? lol

  • @800canamrider Just a SBB thing...It is really the "baby ham" b/c it is only a 500 v-twin.

  • is your bike still for sale, interested for sure

  • canamphibious1 is your bike still for sale, interested for sure

  • can ham ?????????

  • @highwaystar148 inside joke with the Soggy Bottom Boyz

  • whats the difference between high output and just 500 mine just says 500 whats the difference

  • so wait a 500cc is accualy still really good?

  • @DatMasta96 if it's a Can Am v-twin, then yes..

  • Caaaaaaaaaaaaaan........... it run?

  • @armsteck like a scalded cat...the little v-twin that could.

  • How do you like the 500, does it have the power go though lots of stuff with 29.5's?

  • @NickLTR Plenty of power...and then some...Love that Rotax V-Twin. Same drivetrain as the 800 with a little less HP so I break less shit than I did on my old Outty 800.

  • @canamphibious1 Really i thought the 500 would of been underpowered!

What is the top speed with your 29.5 on the outty 500? And what all performance mods are done to it, is that a full pipe or just a slip on?

And are you going to put snorkels on it to?

I love all your videos, can't wait for your next one!!

  • @NickLTR It is a V-Twin so it still makes almost the same power and torque as a Grizz, Brute or a 800 Sportsman. It will still run 65+ with the 29.5s. It is a slip-on with an 800 Outty clutch spring in it. It is snorkeled. It is the only one of our Can Ams that isn't a stealth setup. It has the triple tree in front of the pod.

  • @NickLTR The Outty 500 surprises everyone that rides it. She is quick and fast for a 499cc v-twin displacement. Same exact bike as the 650 & 800 except for the bore and stroke of the engine components.

  • @canamphibious1 I was actually looking at getting a Gade 500, do you know if they are any good i know there close to your outty.

When i used to ride a lot more in mud a lot of the 500 did better then the 650, they were lighter and didn't sink to the bottom.

  • @NickLTR What I have found is that the 500 gets through more mud holes because it doesn't just blow the tires off of the bike like the 800 did when I laid into the throttle. The smaller bore motor allows the Outlaws to actually turn a little slower and do their job more effectively. I am very impressed with the 500. Plus you will break less shit b/c the drivetrain is identical to the 650 & 800 Outtys

  • @canamphibious1 first mudhole my stepdad drove ito when we wentriding he got stuck in 2wd, popped it in 4 reversed it and gotout without having to overdrive it lol

me and myh bro both went through it first and i got a rubicon 500 with 589s and my bro has a foreman 400 with 589s, but after he got out he was wheelying it outamud in 4wd, hes got 28inch silverbacks

  • Does anybody make an actual lift kit for an outty 500?

  • Comment removed

  • @banditkarts Not for the factory front strut setup. That is another reason we transplanted in a Max 800 front upper A-arm setup.

  • is that a custom snorkel or did u buy a kit

  • What kind of camera? I need something with HD and that is waterproof.

  • @tR0Y7 Pentax Optio W80

  • Hows it spin the 29.5s?

  • @bushwackersftw Easily...Same power as a Brute or a Grizz

  • why did u downgrade to a 500?

  • @TheLethalthreat Not a downgrade. I break less shit and I own it free and clear.

  • And Your Stop Light ??? Nice Yellow One

  • @baldomb I destroyed the tail light during the last ride. I have to pick up a new one next week. Finished the new stereo today. Ready to roll!!

  • thats awesome dude

  • I am very happy with the new camera's video quality. The 720p is alot clearer than before.
