They don't have things like this in America. It is much more solemn where Catholicism is strong and widespread, and solemnity is preferred than modernist practice.
I hope you could someday consider to change HOLY THURSDAY to MAUNDY THURSDAY in your title so that it can expand the search on YouTube.
@CristianoRomae1986 Thanks a lot. In Europe, this clapper was used during the period when the bells were silent before Easter and supposedly gone to Rome.
we kneel because we believe that Jesus Christ is present in the Eucharist. as a respect we kneel when the Blessed Sacrament passes by. its also the same during Benediction where the Blessed Sacrament is exposed, as respect, we kneel and recite the prayers for Benediction.
Holy week is the COMMEMORATION of Christ's Passion and death. thus, the term "patay ang Diyos" is just a commemoration that Jesus died on that day.
Clappers are not liturgical vessels. They are movable metals placed on planks of wood that rotated and is used to symbolize the sorrow felt by the Church at Holy Thursday. It takes the place which be rung on Easter vigil to signify the Church's joy at Christ's resurrection.
Thanks for the suggestion, I will add "Maundy" to the list of tags, that should get more hits :)

@Qcumber
It's a clapper, used by medieval monks in the old days as a penitential sound for people to atone for their sins.

I beautiful building a service,
I look forward to seeing it when I come in July.
I confess I had to laugh when I saw the two large screens with the hymn lyrics.
It seems that not even Manila Cathedral can escape the Filipino obsession with Karaoke
