  • whatsledgehammer : Your comment does not make sense. The organisations are not paying for sending the volunteers to Nepal, the volunteers pay for their tickets themself.

    To both: The thing you pay in advance is just a kind of deposit, to confirm your booking.

  • DO NOT give money to any Nepalese NGO in advance. Wait until you get there, visit and see if you like. I totally wasted my money and time at VIN.
