Don't get me wrong, I love Cabot and all, but I find myself going through my recorded SVU episodes and deleting the ones that aren't from the years 2003-2008. Novak seems to complete the team more than Cabot in my opinion.

@basorexia As far as her character returning for season 11, I don't know. But in season 10, that new DA that transferred in from Washington (her name I can't recall) mentioned that Novak got disbarred. So if she does return, odds are she won't be a lawyer anymore.
I loved Novak. I miss her and i hate what happened to her. They could not find a better storyline than she had to be disbarred? it fits the storyline though she's all about justice and soemtimes she does take it too far. i love the video. Five stars, good job. I'll always miss her.

casey's not coming back because she got disbard (fired). dani replaced olivia in s8 because mariska was on maternity leave at that time. i don't think casy will ever come back. they announced somewhere that she got fired in real life from the show. i know which ep your talking about in s5. that was a good one (poison).

I'm new to the L&O fandom, so I don't know all of what happened, but I just hope Casey's character wasn't killed off. I do hope she comes back a few times to do a case here and there or just drop in because she's gonna need the help of the Special Victim's Unit. I could understand wanting a change after dealing with episode dealing with rape and abused children. I would want to take a break and do some comedy or a romance flick, then come back again later. But I love Casey Novak.

I LOVE Diane Neal and Casey. I wish they'd bring her back, but they won't. Diane is happy, working on some comedy projects, and frankly I don't think she wants to go back that badly. Not that she doesn't just LOVE the cast, but the subject matter was hard.
Alex is growing on me, and 'That New ADA', I will not give her a name (even though I know it full well)...I hate. Re runs are always nice though. :)

I agree with all of this. We should like go on strike to bring Casey back. She is the best!!! But you know what? We are going to say the same thing about the new ADA when she leaves just like when Alex and left Casey.

I didn't care about Alex leaving, and I certainly will not ever care about this ADA. Casey was not like the others, but that is just my personal opinion.

I agree, My name may be OliviaFan, but Casey was better then the rest of them by far. It was sad when Alex left, but Casey is the character that got me hooked on SVU, and she's always going to be my favourite, I still can't believe she's really gone! :(

I was SO pissed when Alex left, I was determined to hate whoever replaced her, haha.
However, Casey wore me down and I grew to like her a lot. I HATE Greyleck, and that has nothing to do with Novak leaving. Greyleck just sucks ass.
I hope they just keep Alex this time.

casey got suspended on the season finale of s9. she lied to the judge and said that some lab reports weren't finished and they were. i thought she was great on SVU too.

Wonderful! Wonderful video I loved Casey espeically in the episode *mean* and *Cold* was so...powerful. I don't like Graylack AT ALL. She's driving me NUTS!!! Nice job on this video, really.

I gotta agree with all the people on this vid. Diane Neal played the best ADA on Law & ORder besides Sma Waterson's prestigious role as Jack McCoy.
I liked Casey cuz she was this amazingly beautiful District Attorney, who always fought hard for what she beliieved in.
I speak for most if not all of the Law & Order fans when i say, "We'll mis you Diane."
