I thought recording drums was difficult, and then I stumbled on this. I should have know earlier that all it takes is plugging two cables. Also remember to leave four bars before you say hello on the phone, and always pan everything hard left, things tend to sound clearer on the left.

hi, i have dru microphones for recording and the i dont have enough midi cable slots on my mixer to fit is ther some type of thing i can buy where all the midi cables go into to one interface then 1 midi cable comes out of it then that goes into the mixer?

Recording 4 bars of drums before the song starts is a great idea.
So many times I've fogot to do this, or forgot to count out 1, 2, 3, 4 and it makes if very difficult to multi-track.
