@DerDudeInShanghai Oh hell yes! I basically do anyhow. It may be old episodes streamed together...but I'm either watching them on Street Fire, or from my X-box. I love this show.
that episode is one of the funniest, if you watch the whole thing they just treat the cars like absolute shit the whole time, they pull into a gas station and I can't remember who hit who's car but you can just tell it was on purpose lmao
Why the f**k any self respecting Indian should watch this show on BBC ???? or in any other channel directed/produced/presented by this ugly, out dated, over grown, UGLY, PIG ..
TBF, they were all playing teenagers in this episode. The trouble is, for Hammond it's no change from his usual character. Clarkson likes looking like an arse all the time, even though he doesn't actually have to.
@Ryantravisaol - The history of the English V sign goes back to the 15th century when England fought the French who threatened to cut off the two 'plucking' fingers of English and Welsh bowmen in retaliation of the superiority of the English in defeating the French from battles such as Cressy and Agincourt. When the bowmen met the French in battle, they would use this sign as a sign of derision to their enemy. I've no idea where the middle finger sign used by Americans comes from.
@TheUnreaI i think thats the joke :/ which is basically just another way of him saying the same old comment 'omg where is 0:54!?!', so i agree with you, he is an idiot...
its kinda funny and wrong at the same time, Jeremy did injure his finger and he was tellin the Ham and king of slow May that they number one at the same time LOL
@Mainiac1221 the one where they go to america in 3 muscle cars, (Dodge Challenger, Corvette ZR1, CTS-V) and while they are going down the highway (too fast obviously) they get pulled over and while Jeremy is talking to the cop it looks like hes flicking him off but that's just what Jeremy does with his hand while talking to ppl XP
Lol at Jeremy's ignorance. Make sure you blip the throttle, spin up that turbo you keep raving about, and then cut the ignition ;). Nice move. Poor Volvo :(
@SeberHusky Chill out, it''s still cute. Plus there was an episode where they were testing out small cars and had their mothers there ... sooooo lay off the caps!
@EllysaE I know this was from a million years ago but i just have to reply. I had already seen all of the episodes with their mothers at the time. not tryna argue though ;).
@EllysaE thats coz in this episode they are supposed to represent young people who have very high insurance rates....so thats why they are saying 'whats my mum going to say' as in something a 16 year old would worry about...but as someone else said they do indeed have mums who later test drive their cars
@mattw123456789 ... do you watch Top Gear enough to know that they've featured their REAL mothers before ... even if they're pretending to be 17yr. olds, my comment still stands 'cause in the mom car challenge they acted the exact same way!
@EllysaE The idea of the episode was to find the best car for a first time driver, with a budget (car + insurance) of 2,500 pounds. they were pretending to act like teenages as part of the gag of the project. "Mom and Dad spent X amount on the car" "What's my mum going to say", sneaking home in the middle of the night. they did once drag their mom's in to test some small cars about 4 years before (S6 E 04)
Though, now that I think about, acting like teenages is normal for the three of them
@EllysaE This episode they were pretending to be 17 and bought cars as if they were, and because insurance was so much as an individual they bought it under their "parents" name. That's why they mention it.
@EllysaE they said that because the episode was about choosing cars for younger drivers and they spent the whole challenge pretending that they were still young

@baadshepherd
James May is an adult. Clarkson's character on Top Gear is still fairly immature, and Hammond likes playing up to his "little boy" character.
