  • Why don`t the make a boat with a hull made of mirrors?

  • what on earth does the video have to do with muslims? y on so many vidoes must ppl get into arguments on things that dont concern the video at all

  • Is it realy that stealthy with that stern wake

  • Stealth? I can see clear as day... haha jk nice vid

  • SO .(if its made in USA = DEADLY WEAPON BUT IF IT IS MADE SOMEWHERE ELSE IT'S A PIECE OF JUNK) the iranians have prooved that there is no such thing as stealth ships, remember in 2006 ,israel lebanon war, hizbullah destroyed the Israeli most advanced warship INS Hanit (hanit is USA MADE STEALTH CORVETTE, armed to the teeth with the latest american missiles, anti missile systems, jamming systems........etc hizbullah used the iranian made c-802 cruise missile to destroy the corvette,

  • @mickyboy200768

Hanit is israeli made corvette. The ship wasn't destroyed and sailed to it's homeport with it's own power... Destroyed? lol

  • @MokomaSusi for fear control (military and civilian) in israel, the israeli navy have downplayed this incident , the IDF has prevented the publication of detailed photographs of the incident, but some of them have leaked to the public, ynetnews have published some of them ,according to israelie witnesses ( the command bridge was totaly destroyed. The deck suffered great damage and the heavy metal was bent and burnt. massive hole in sleeping quarters (google militaryphotos dotnet )

  • @MokomaSusi the corvette did not sink but it was towed away, the idf report also says that it could have been worst if the missile hit the center of the ship instead of living quaters, this incident, have forced the israeli army to make seriouse changes in decision making procedures regarding intelligence evaluations of iranian weapons for the first time ever, pls try to look up the photos and see what damage this old iranian missile (80's technology) can do to the most sophisticated american...

  • @MokomaSusi israel and usa still uses the very same corvettes equipped with same Elta EL/M-2218S air search radar, same Elta EL/M-2221 fire-control radar, the same EDO Type 796 sonar, the same Elbit chaff rocket launchers, the same Rafael RF corner reflector, the same 8 RGM-84 Harpoon anti-ship missiles the same 64 Barak surface-to-air missiles, but iran has improoved there antiship missiles about 5/6 times since then,

  • @mickyboy200768

Yes, but the ship IS israeli made and designed.

  • @MokomaSusi no, the corvette was designed , manufactured and equiped in Northrop Grumman Ship Systems, Pascagoula, Mississippi USA, israel had an input in the design and choice of hardware, according to there needs, but that as far as it got the final design is american, the engines are TB82 diesel engines. american made by General Electric .the Sensors , processing systems (radars)and Electronic warfare and decoys are israeli manufactured the rest was pretty much US made,

  • @mickyboy200768 It was a major screwup by the Israeli Naval command. The boat was too close (10 miles) to shore, the crew was in the mess having Sabbath dinner and all the ship's defensive systems/tracking systems were on standby, not full alert mode. 3 missiles were launched: one exploded at launch, another missed and hit a Cambodian merchant ship 60 miles away and the 3rd detonated on a railing. Not a very impressive performance by the missile (the ship was fully repaired in 10 days).

  • If they should muffle the engines better and keep the spray down in the rear if would be perfect stealth.

  • @CatsLairArchives when you are in the middle of the ocean, engine noise and the prop spray will not hinder its stealth. the point of any sort of stealth vessel is to reduce the radar cross section. so an enemy boat would look at the radar and see a cross section the size of a duck

  • That ship is FAST!!!!

    40 knots (74 km/h) cruise

    51 knots (94 km/h) max

  • what so fantastic with the water, and where were the boat?

  • Its not working, I can still see it! XD

  • That is a BIG fast boat! Camera guy at the end says it all ....wow...

  • Stealth = invisible on radar. This thing with put a cruise missile up your ass kevin canada.

  • @polutrapans Stealth doesn't mean invisible to radar, it means it disrupts radar, they can still be seen, it all depends on the situation.

  • @slaneyboi this is true. those supersonic pidgeons on radar (f-22s) do look suspicious at times.

  • I saw and heard it, therefore not stealthy enough.

  • is it me, or can I practically see through it?

  • stealth boat? sounds like u can hear it a mile away lol

  • @slickrichie Stealth isnt always for sound. The angles and surface coating defuse and bounce radar signals in ways that dont allow them to be returned to the signal tower. Now, as for a sonar ping... i do not know any info on that. But i know that for radio wave radar it works as such, for planes too.

  • That was hands down the most awzom 25 seconds of my life. Can I get it back so I can watch it again?

  • i saw a vid on here that showed a navy high speed catamaran that was capable of 70knots it was a jet drive ship and the film talked about how different combat module containers could be loaded on and off and it launched ribs out the back . but i dont think it was the "bat ship" or the other one that we currently have . its conning tower was offset to the port side like an aircraft carrier and its deck was almost bare . does anybody know what ship im talking about ? id like to see it again

  • It sounds like the LCAC that I used to pilot in the Navy but it's not a catamaran it's a hovercraft.

  • I think you're talking about trimaran USS Independence

  • @gibsondrummer This is the "X craft," later named "Seafighter." It had dual propulsion, using jet turbines to hit high speed and also diesels to get better mileage on longer trips. It is a catamaran and they could load the "modules" depending on the mission pretty quickly. It had a high top speed with the turbines and could turn 360 degrees in its own length. I believe it had a crew of 24.

  • it looks like the sea fighter project that I watched on the military channel. what kind of weaponry is on it? whats it designed for? looks like an amphibious ship any idea what its missions are going to be? thanks

  • OMG whats that ?

  • That would creep me right out.

  • Looked like the Fish Market.

  • wow is ya wick sick.

  • The Swedish "Smyge" and "Visby" was first!

  • i do remember the visby a while ago, my dad was in the Royal Navy and used to get 'navy news' delivered to our door and the visby was in there along with vosper-thorneycroft/BAE's design for a stealth destroyer (type 45). Even columbia has this technology now!

  • We are developing the Zumwalt now, but bcuz off stupid friggin gates we only get 3 of them, then we still produce like 20 more Arleigh-Burkes :(

  • Who's "we"?

  • The US, I didn't really specify that in my comment :D. If you have ever seen the Zumwalt before, you would know it is going to be a great ship. They have started building 2 of them in Mississippi and one in Bath, Maine.

  • Cool. :)

  • Actually SgtDrDeath, the U.S. Navy "Sea Shadow" cam before either of those vessels, as it was being experimented with since 1985 by the time it was publicly revealed in 1993

  • Could this offload on a beach? I mean the LCAC is great and all but stealth is not their strong suit...hell not even their suit..lol

  • WOW I KNOW THAT PLACE its where that carrier museum is right? i mean that old carrier but not broken and they made it into an aircraft museum or sumthin like that where the red bull air race too

  • uh.. u know what stealth means right? stealth means u cant see it and u cant see it in RADAR or anything that can detect vehicles or sumthin like that

  • lol i know what sealth means i also am a Sealth Bomber Electrical engieer haha. =)

  • uh.. u know what stealth means right? stealth means u cant see it and u cant see it in RADAR or anything that can detect vehicles or sumthin like that

depends on how advanced opponents radar are.

  • Yo, that was not a M80 Stiletto, it was a freakin UFO (unidentifiable floating object)

  • Check out the Skjold class misile torpedo boat of the Royal Norwegian Navy. It's stealth and goes in excess of 60 knots...

Search for it her on youtube

  • Wow! A fast boat that costs Billions of our hard earned money to kill more people. You guys are so gullible.

  • it actually only costs three million.

which is quite good because u cant find comparable square footage on a home in washington dc. much less one made of carbon fiber. i say this bcuz this is the home of 12 marines or seals or whatever special forces they want

  • That is Seaport Village in the foreground. I've lived in San Diego for years. I've seen a lot of experimental boats in the harbor. Duncan Hunter is the congressman that handles acquisitions for the military his district is heavily populated with arms dealers. They are the ass fucked whores of the Reptile Babylon who are stealing the future of the US. But, I'm sure we all know "war is a racket."

I'd pay ten bucks to see this boat run full speed into the submarine pens. Yee-fucking-haw!

  • Good one!! Hang around the waterfront long enough and you 'll proably see it that for free! You think that thing has a submerged fuel line connected directly to the North Slope oil fields?

  • The way it glides on the water at great speed with no bow wave is simply unreal. That's what happens when people put their brains and money at work to change the world a little bit.

  • you should check out the skjold class mtb, its way faster.

  • u know, its cool yeah, but don't you think the huge wake's gonna give the position of this ship away? they should get a smaller wake. but coll vid.

  • I saw this same type of vessel in Norfolk, VA coming out of the Navy base. I've been trying to find out what it was. Thanks for the posting.

  • thats a huge wake

  • made in japan

  • That was the joke in the 70's. Now it should be,"made in China!"

  • Nope made in the USA by the M Ship Co.

  • I don't think you want to get into a discussion on the behavior of Muslims around the world. Stoning women, killing their daughters, slitting throats and blowing up innocent people from England to Spain to Bali, Indonesia and the Phillipines, to name but a few. They preach that any infidels are fair game to kill. They have created nothing good or decent in this world.

  • Broadsidejohn: I don't want to start a religious argument here, but you are confusing Muslims with Extremists.

Its not the Muslims who are terrorists,. Its the terrorists who happen to be muslim.

Im a muslim myself. Nobody in my 100% country has stoned one another. And yes, we don't preach ANY infidel to be killed. If that was the case, why is tourism flourishing here?

Assumptions don't work nowadays, find some PROPER facts before you preach.

PS:Awesome boat! Would love to ride on it

  • I kinda feel sorry for people like Broadsidejohn. They live in this big cloud of their own stupidity unable to see anything else than what the media shows.

  • @AlphaHydroxyAcid Sadly for the good and decent Muslims, Islam is the guiding force behind the terrorism(targeting of innocents toward a political/religious aim) Whether is is Al-Queda or chechens. Until Muslims like you rise up and take control of your nations and create positive and productive countries, Jihadist Islam will remain at war with the rest of the world. How long will they blame Israel for their miserable existence?

  • @Broadsidejohn: You do know that Muslims make up 23% of the WORLD population? If all of them were jihadists like you are assuming, the whole human race would've been wiped out by now.

Shame that people can be so ignorant, you can thank the mainstream media for that.

  • @zedextreme8177 So what if 23% of the world is Muslim? Most would be happy if the infidels converted or were beheaded. The Gaza Arab Muslims were dancing in the streets celebrating the murder of an Israeli family by knifeblade while they slept. Although Abbas condemned it, I don't see any Muslims elsewhere upset about this. This tells us a lot. Who is ignorant? The primitive, tribal, bloodthirsty vermin who do this on a regular basis who are Muslim. Muslims do nothing to promote coexistence.

  • @Broadsidejohn: How do you know whether the 1.6 billiion Muslims support the killing of innocents? Have you met them personally, or are you relying on what you see in the media?

And how are YOU promoting co-existence? Is sidelining a group of diverse people from various ethnicities, located all over the world as a monolithic group of terrorists or terrorism sympathizers promoting co-existence?

The Arab-Israeli conflict is more of a geo-political one than a religious one...

    Continued:

  • @Broadsidejohn: Continued:

By your logic, all Americans and Europeans are seeking the blood of Muslims, based on the apparent silence they have against "collateral damage" towards Muslims, and their apparent silence against the illegal US War in Iraq. All stepmothers are vile and cruel to their stepdaughters, because that's how they're regularly depicted.

You must be among the 45% of Americans who don't have a passport, try travelling around the world and meeting the Muslims themselves.

  • @zedextreme8177 Your logic is retarded. Saddam was kicked out of Kuwait and put on probation (the cease fire). He violated it repeatedly and was a threat to his neighbors. The U.S. revoked his probation and took him out. Taking out a murderous dictator is not illegal. The U.S. has lost many good men keeping "collateral damage" to minimum (protecting innocent Muslims)by fighting house to house against Al Queda and Ba'athists instead of just putting a hellfire missile through a window.

  • look how big and fast it moves, thats stealthy as HELL for a boat that size, imagine how stealthy its to radar :D

  • you'll get over it

  • ...not very stealth, but very cool anyway!

  • it is stealth against radar, and quiet for a boat that size

  • The stealth boat was right behind it, twice the size of the one you could see...pretty stealthy aye!

  • No, I still don't see it....cool. that is amazing....ha ha

  • That's an expensive Sea-Doo

  • and no I am not muslim or religious in anyway so don't respond with some christian response either. muslims also do not believe anyone who does not believe in the koran should die. are you from somewhere down south? you've probably never left your state or own a passport but have made your mind up based on cnn or fox news.

  • pwnage0013 your obviously a small minded twat. muslims are not crazy and real muslims do not agree with the 'muslim crazies' as you call them. There is nothing in the koran about killing people. I take it your American and you aren't helping disparrage people outside of Americas opinion that your all really fucking thick.

  • as long as it keeps the Muslim crazies away from our shores, I do not care how much it costs.

  • yeah cause you need stealth boats to fight "muslim crazies" ! :o

USA is heading for a head on conflict with China and Russia. Thats why you need stealth boats.

No muslim crazies are comming to get you, trust me.

  • If we would just nuke them all or else spread a chemical in the water and food to render 70% of them sterile now we are getting somewhere. They'll be too busy repopulating and spending time making love instead of killing in the name of MOHAMMUD!

  • wow you call THEM extremists :o

  • well they dont wanna leave ANYONE alive at least I am giving them a chance to think it over.

In any case go get your ass arrested in THEIR country and see who the extremist is. If you survive your ordeal that is.

    Im gone!

  • "well they dont wanna leave ANYONE alive"

so their all homicidal maniacs, frothing at the mouth for some blood, cause thats how they were born?

    :)

its politics not religion or ethnicity. if colonial powers were messing with you, no ship you wouldn't like them. not that they can do anything about it. terrorism is fringe.

  • If you do not adhere to the KORAN you to them are fair game.

Unless of course you believe the "we are the world" bullshit the news medias spout.

  • When the Muslims start policing their ranks and rounding up their headchoppers, opinions will change. Until then, well, heads will roll !

  • Did all your years of military service tell you that genius? You are ignorant. Whats going to protect the carriers from air to sea missiles you fucktard? And we (The Marines) sure as hell arent deploying from the carriers or subs. Fucking morons... why dont you just expire?

  • I bet it costs US$ 1 billion each.

There is no more reason for surface ships to exist, only carriers and subs will rule the waves in the future.

  • the cost to the government was only $10 million, and thats a turnkey boat (all systems ready to run)

  • Military fanatics folks make me sick.

At Wikipedia military fanatics low ball costs, understimate budgets, hide problems. Anything so as long as the equipment is efficient and cheap.

Therefore I am sure that the $10 million cost doesn't include R&D.

  • its the m80 stiletto

  • whoa... it looks like an F117 but in boat form... isn't called the "Sea Shadow"?

  • no, the Sea Shadow looks different
