The best de-switching exercises is with the neck. Schiatso also works, but be careful if you have any health problems.

Roll your head round and try to relax your shoulder while you do this. It's good for stress, some companies give this exercise to employees to prepare for a day's work and to de-stress.

Im glad to see this video. It requires people to think in different ways about the reality of electropollution in a real and new light. Some times it can be scary but WE MUST face the truth and take proper action FAST!
