Its a great video for beginners- but I still consider it wort, or "fermenting wort" until fermenting is complete. Then I prime the "flat beer" in bottles or a keg.
You explained it very well and I like your closing remarks about it being "your way to brew" and that there are many other way as long a you stick to be basics, keep it clean
that's not true. what about 'priming' when bottling? that continues fermentation. wort is fermented beer. beer begins to ferment when yeast is added. there may not be a lot of alcohol, but it happens immediately. you can debate when it is drinkable beer, but it's beer once yeast is added.

I'm a newbie. Where is a good place online to get hops and the malt extract as well? The home brew place where I live is just a grow shop I think.
