For all of you that don't know...they put chemicals in the meat so your body will be addicted to it and you will feel you can not go without it. I am not judging those that still eat it, but if you want to stop you will need to cleanse those chemicals out. Very few cleanses will work, but drinking freshly squeezed wheatgrass each day will remove it. Meat industry did that purposely to us. Try your best and you will be amazed how much better you will feel.

You have to be careful, with whatever you eat. Even your vegetables, because those can have bacteria on them as well, nothing is truly safe if you don't take precautions. I'm an animal lover, but I eat meat rather it's occasionally or not I still it eat it. It's possible, I even think about what animals go through to feed me, and I pray for them, but I also think certain animals were meant to be eaten. I also think as a "meat eater", you can be just as healthy and energetic as someone vegan.
