Christ!!!! that's 3 (or more) times worst than the potholes we have here in Chicago!! i heard you say that the horses are put there to alert the drivers but if you ask me it looks more like those horses are there for comparison!! lol and also you say that somebody might get killed will not necessarily killed but have their car badly damaged for sure!!
If I can't get one politician to come to an informational picket/support rally for the brutal and senseless murder of an innocent 13-month old helpless baby (Josiah Shaw) while strapped in his car seat, what makes you think they give a damn about the condition of this city?
who is your councilperson??? and are they using their appropriated monies to support their own family charities?? you need to make alot of noise with that person.
