Excellent photography ... I really enjoyed this. One of the best vintage videos I've seen on utube so far and I think I've looked at all of them. Ever run into cz's, maicos, huskys, bultacos, etc in your vintage racing journeys? I'd like to see some photos of the old european bikes with your photographic presentation.
The CAN-AM, RM's YZ's 1:20 Bob "Hurricane" Hannah wow....what great times!!!!! I had a 77 RM 125 that was WAY tricked out almoast a "FOX works bike " but didn't have the radial head 13" travel front and back and it loved to fly and was very fast!!! sold it when I went into the Army what a mistake that was (the bike I mean) sure wish I had it now!!!! Thanks for the memories
yhea me and my dad have 70 bikes ! i nkow what you mean its great to have lots to chose from ! like the can am heard ossa stilletto was a a fast bike i have had a little ride on glen helen on a maico mc400 over here in england evry day theres some where less to ride to many politicaly correct people i have a 78rm400
I know a guy whos gona sell me two rms he has had in his barn for years duno what the years are but i think they are a 1975 and 1976 one is a rm 100 and the other 125. the 100 the piston needs replacing and the 125 the shaft the shift lever is attached to is bent. he said he'd sell me both for 150$ is that a good price? he said the cdi's are fine on them and the 125 had 3 different heads bored diferent sizes and there are 2 extra exhausts. I was wundering if this is a good price.
Great video, got my blood pumping. I just found my brothers old AJS 250 in someone back yard cover with ivy. I bought it for 50 and sent the motor to Fluff Brown and he going to put a 370 kit on it and all the updates. This will be bike 8 i have.
We would listen to Ted Nugent double live gonzo on the way to the races in the 70s. We didn't have Red Bull and Monster back then. You got some Sweeeeet bikes, thanks for posting and rock on.
these pictures don't do this experience justice. Check out Motogeo channel. He has a cool video up on Vintage Motorcross.
