I must say that I think your videos are some of the most wonderful things on Youtube. The comments here comparing many of them to the films of Truffaut and Godard are spot on. This particular video reminded me very much of the work of another French filmmaker, Jacques Tati; especially his 1967 film, "Playtime".

I've been to several of these locations. The one at 2:33 in particular... you walk right down that alley and I have a friend that lives there. I even snapped a picture of the side of the one building + the telephone poles/wires because I thought it looked neat. Makes the world seem smaller seeing this.

I'm supposed to visit them in the spring. I hope I can get away.
