Considering this Gallardo weighs more than the 3,180 pound Z06... This lambo is pumping out a hell of a lot more than 55 HP more than the Z06. It would have to be about 500 pounds lighter than the Z06 with +55 HP to pull on the vette like this. It's a sick car though, I'll give it that. Maybe it's just seriously underrated HP wise?

$300,000 car vs a $55,000 car which one SHOULD win? Besides the lambo is made of carbon fiber so it is much lighter I don't care about the AWD weight it doesn't matter lol. ZR1 with some DRs is a different story. Stock ZR1s have trapped 134+ MPH in the 1/4 so the power is there just not the traction. Just look at how stock C6Z's have Et'ed pretty close to stock ZR1s. With both be over 500HP traction n gearing is the issue the C6Z is easier to launch n it has slightly shorter gearing than the ZR1 making it more efficient for drag racing. Obviously the0-150 is ALL ZR1 Nice cars. I think a cam only 550RWHP C6Z is the best of both worlds and can be had for 50G's used

the confusion you 2 guys are having is that the LP 560-4 is quicker/faster than the LP 640 NOT the older 520HP Gallardo that stock c6Z's seem to run down. This new LP 560-4 traps MUCH higher in the 1/4 mile @ around 128+ so even a ZR1 will have trouble ET'ing better than an LP 560-4 because it has AWD and has enough power to hold off the ZR1. IMO it would be around 150MPH before the ZR1 would pass the LP 560-4.

OK. The new LP 560-4 is a HUGEEE jump over the last Gallardo which the C6Z had beat a few times on youtube. This new lambo is just sick but IMo the C6Z should not have been beat THAT bad. I think this new LP 560-4 will also beat the 530HP GT2 Porsche.

@westy44cal, LP560 even beats the Murcielago LP640. It can almost keep up with the LP670 so yes, beating the GT2 Porsche would be an easy task. LP560 is also as fast as Ferrari 599GTB. What has the Lamborghini manufacturer done to the Gallardo? amazing isn't it.

Honestly, again... these cars should be much closer than this. Both trap around the same mph (126-129) stock. Only thing is that the Z06 has a passenger but still.

After listening to how the Z06 goes through the gears, it seems that your car (oman911) is not running 100%. I test my car alot and i'll post up a video of my STOCK z06 ripping through the gears. I think, cause of the heat and the finicky stock tune, your car is down on power... you need more than that diablo.

It gets to 100mph .1 seconds quicker and goes thorugh the 1/4mile .2 seconds quicker. Lp640 will beat the Lp560. With the proper drivers.

sorry man, im half italian and i was born with love for italian cars. but i also am real. the zr1 is an untamed beast and it takes down the lp640. and since when is the lp 560 faster than a lp640? and even if so, the zr1 does NOT need mods to beat it. the gallardo is just underpowered compared to the zr1

@Tha0men, LP560 is a tad faster than the LP640 if both are driven correctly. It just shows how efficient and powerful the LP560 is. I was implying that the stock LP560 will fare well against the ZR-1 from roll, and am pressure the LP560 will beat it from dig. In order for ZR-1 to comfortably beat the LP560 it would need some mods, the stock isn't quite strong enough to put the LP560 into shame. horsepower plays small roll, it's not everything, Italian dear.
