@Thechainlard i don't think Dobby ever actually look possesion of the wand but idr for certain. he may have just disarmed her to avoid her hurting Harry but left the wand in the Manor - at least in the movie. That whole scene was changed for the movie (probably for time) though it was still really well done.

@kvcavin1 No Goyle does not die in the books. Actually the person who really started the fire in the Room of Requirement was Crabbe. Crabbe does die in the books however Jamie Waylett who plays Crabbe gotten into some legal trouble and could not do the last film. In the books Crabbe really was the one who attempted to kill Hermione and Crabbe started the fire. In the end since Jamie Waylett could not do last the film so they had Josh Herdman (Goyle) do everything.
